Day-Glo Sunlight
"It's not often I see the dawn but when I left the house early this morning the East End skyline was soaked in delicate rosy golden sunlight... the streets were busy with market stalls setting up, like a scene from an age that is already long gone, and a cornucopia of fruit and veg glowed in oranges and yellows and reds in the wonderful Day-Glo sunlight... I forgot how impossibly romantic the dawn light can be... Bathed in that light even these dirty old streets look as innocent and pure as a newborn baby, and all their well-worn tiredness and sin seems washed away by its lovely newborn glow..."
